Jason Gray is the grandson of Chef Ed. Growing up in and around restaurants his entire life Jason knows the restaurant industry inside and out. Out of all of that knowledge and experience, Ed’s Kitchen was born. The brand for this deli-style eatery was developed combining an icon of Chef Ed, an order ticket, and straightforward letterforms to create the design system that was carried out in the restaurant’s entirety.
